Door-to-door transport from your hotel, certified bilingual guide, activity insurance, and all required equipment for each tour. Specific details are listed on each tour page.
Yes, free cancellation up to 48 hours before. In cases of force majeure we reschedule at no extra cost. If the new date doesn't work, we refund your deposit in full.
Most of our tours accept children. The minimum age varies by activity (shown on each tour). Prices for children under 12 are significantly lower.
Spanish and English on all guaranteed tours. Some tours also in French and German upon request. Note it in your booking and we'll assign the right guide.
You don't need to worry — transport is included. We confirm your hotel pickup time 24h before the tour via WhatsApp.
Safety is our absolute priority. If conditions aren't suitable, we reschedule at no cost. If you can't make the new date, we refund your deposit in full.
The 20% deposit is paid online with Visa, Mastercard, or PayPal. The remaining balance on the day of the tour in cash (USD or DOP), card, or transfer. No extra charges.
